Manning is
a 30-year veteran executive specializing in marketing
and event management. She has served with one of the US’ top advertising agencies and spent over a decade in management at one of the world’s top financial institutions. During the past decade, she has served as the CEO & Founder of an international event and marketing enterprise, The Event Group, Incorporated. Its clientele include Fortune 100 companies. She
holds a B.S. Degree from Cardinal Stritch University,
and graduated magna cum laude. She also earned a Degree from Hennepin Technical College graduating, sum cum laude.

CFO Advisor Scott Binion is the principal owner of The Insight Companies, Inc. – Helping Companies Build and Maintain Control.” Scott currently is the contract Chief Financial Officer to emerging companies, such as The Event Group. Scott brings with him more than 17 years of management, accounting, and business consulting experience.
Scott is an accomplished speaker and writes frequently on business related topics affecting business owners. Scott also is a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. |

Event Manager Kathy
Capitola has administrative
and management experience in both the corporate
and nonprofit sectors. Her excellent customer
service skills and knowledge of the industry
come from 18 years of hands-on marketing, community
affairs and public relations work for a worldwide
financial corporation.

Sponsorship & Exhibitor Sales Manager Marsha Chernoff Golob, has 15+ years experience in event management and sales in the corporate arena. While managing a global events department, Marsha has won several awards for INNOVATION within the high tech industry for her trade show concepts at Sun Microsystems, Inc. and XIOtech Corporation. Recognized for her creativity, she is an expert in event management as well as exceeding sponsorship and exhibit space sales goals for a variety of conferences, fundraisers and events. She is close to completing a CTSM certification as a Certified Trade Show Marketer.

Director of Strategic Marketing Pankti Shah, MBA is a graduate of the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Shah has notable experience in event, multi-cultural and direct marketing, as well as brand analysis/building and strategic management. She also has significant experience within the advertising environment, working on direct mail campaigns, print advertisements, marketing collateral and radio commercials. Some of her past employers include Carlson Marketing Worldwide, Campbell-Ewald Advertising and Target Corporation.

Production Assistant William Manning is responsible for
graphic design support, website maintenance and production, and dynamic multimedia content production. His background includes extensive experience working with Adobe Creative Suite software, commercial printing experience, and advanced IT systems knowledge.

Registration/Event Coordinator Jennifer Pinsch is
responsible for overseeing The Event Group's registration
process and coordinating events. Her background includes working for one of the country's top print and on-line business news publications.

Registration Coordinator Lindsey Meyer is
responsible for The Event Group's registration
process, including designing and programming the
electronic registration database for each event,
as well as customized report writing.
Lindsey has a degree in travel & hospitality, and additional work experience in banking.

Accounting and HR Manager Cindy Deering prepares and audits event and corporate
financial reports, oversees issuance of disbursement
checks to clients, and manages our accounting and
H.R. processes. Her 20+ years of accounting and
management experience include eight years in the event
management industry, working with companies ranging
from nonprofit to fortune 500. Cindy works closely
with the Event Managers, Registration Manager and
Sales team to ensure the financial integrity of
each event.

Billing Coordinator Susan
Keiderling has
been with The Event Group for nine years taking
care of the daily invoicing, bill payments, cash
receipts and check issuance, as well as many important
and necessary administrative functions.
