Cindy Deering prepares and audits event and corporate financial reports, oversees issuance of fund disbursements to clients, and manages The Event Group's Accounting, Payroll, and Human Resource processes. Her 20+ years of accounting and management experience include ten years in the event management industry, working with companies ranging from nonprofit to Fortune 100. Cindy works closely with the Event, Registration, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure the financial integrity of each event.

Cindy is self-described as quiet and reserved, but in reality she has a silly and quick witted sense of humor and is really the life of the party! She is a fan of Steve Martin and enjoys watching comedy movies and classic films, reading, writing, and spending time with her family.
